In Reiki Training, we were told to provide intent when healing. To provide intent, we have to think intensively on it and tell our mind on the intended results.
I find that in other areas of healing or others things, mind power is very powerful. Here are two videos with similar content of someone bending a spoon.
Do not be mistaken that this is a trick spoon whereby it bends itself. The person use a very focus intent on the spoon to alter its state and when this is done, the spoon could be bend easily by hand. Difficult to understand? Watch the video..
